Process

1. Project Drawings and Specifications

You’ll need an Architect to work on the design, planning, details and specifications for your project. Please contact us if you need one - we can recommend highly skilled professionals that we have been working with over the last decade. If you already have an Architect that can provide all the information - this is great! We are more than happy to cooperate.

2. Pre-Construction Phase

If all the drawings and specifications are ready - please share them with us and based on the project scope, we will prepare a detailed Build Cost Estimate. The project Cost Estimate considers labour, materials, site conditions and regulatory requirements. We will also discuss the time frames of the project and schedules for project execution. If we are lucky and you decide to go ahead with us we will prepare all the required paperwork to sign the contract.

3. Construction

Before the shovel hits the ground, we will provide you with a Plan of Work. We will manage resources, monitor documents, and communicate the progress throughout the project. Constant communication is key to maintaining a project on track. We also work very closely with Architects and Structural Engineers to ensure that the project conforms with the approved plans.

4. Post-Construction

This is a critical phase, when the project is handed over to the owner. At the end of the project we will physically inspect the site to ensure that there are no defects or omissions. When the project is finished, you will be provided with all the necessary certificates and documents for your construction works. This will include close-out documents such as electric and gas certificates, air test (if required) and completion certificate. We will be visiting the site a few weeks after the project is completed to make sure that you are happy with the final results.
